Advance Ticket Sales
The Box Office sells tickets for all events during the standard hours of operation. After 7:00 p.m. on the night of an event, guests can only purchase tickets to the event that is taking place that evening. Click here for more information. (Link to Box Office page)

A-Executive Limousine 978-663-9009
A-Executive Limousine Worldwide is the Preferred Provider for transportation services of the TD Garden.

Age
All individuals two years of age or older must possess a valid ticket for entry into the TD Garden. A Child under two years of age is admitted free of charge for all events, provided that the child sits on a patron's lap. Occasionally, a family show (Disney On Ice, Globetrotters, Ringling Bros., etc.) will require children younger than two years old to purchase a ticket.

Airports
Boston's Logan International Airport is located less than (4) four miles away from the Garden. This is the closest airport to the arena.

Aisles
For safety and as a courtesy to other ticket holders, patrons are prohibited from sitting or standing in the aisles. Any guest not in compliance may be subject to eviction.

Alcohol Service Management/Policy
Alcohol is served at most TD Garden events. Garden staff is trained in responsible alcohol service management.

To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid MA driver's license, MA liquor ID, passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be a least 21 years of age (MA ID cards, duplicate licenses, expired licenses, damaged licenses and driver's licenses, which do not have photos, will not be accepted). Out of state licenses are acceptable only if the patron is at least 25 years of age and another form of identification (e.g., credit card) will be required if the patron is between 25 and 30 years of age.

Animals
The only animals that patrons are allowed to bring into the Garden are those serving as guide, signal or service animals to aid guests with disabilities. Guests escorted by service animals may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat, but may request accessible seating.

Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are available for loan at the Guest Relations Office located on Level 4, Loge 4.

ATM's
TD Bank ATM machines are located in the following areas:
  • Level 4 (Loge) - On concourse outside Section 7/8
  • Level 5 (Premium/Suite Level) - On concourse near the East elevator and West escalator
  • Level 7 (Balcony) - On Concourse outside Section 307
  • Inside North Station - At the TD Bank Service Kiosk. Four ATM's are also available in North Station for your convenience
AT&T SportsDeck
The AT&T SportsDeck is located in the East end of the arena, on Level 5 of The Premium Club. Only those with tickets valid specifically for the AT&T SportsDeck are allowed entry. An AT&T SportsDeck ticket also allows access to The Premium Club restaurants and The Sports Museum. Baby Changing Facilities
Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms throughout the Garden. Please note there are no "Family Restrooms" in the arena.

Bag Searches (See also Prohibited Items)
Bags, backpacks, luggage, coolers, parcels, briefcases and like articles will be strictly prohibited from the Garden. All guests will be subject to search, at the Garden's discretion, of their person and/or possessions (including women's handbags of normal size that may be allowed entry after such search). Patrons with prohibited articles will be turned away at the entrances and no storage or "check area" will be provided for such items. Enforcement will be without exceptions.

Banners Harbor View
The completely renovated Banners Harbor View is The Premium Club's fine dining restaurant, located on Level 6 of the arena. Dining in Banners Harbor View is available for the exclusive enjoyment of all Premium Club ticket holders (Levels 5 & 6). More information can be found here.

Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted inside the Garden, provided that Garden management may prohibit and confiscate signs that are not event-related, that are excessive in size or that contain indecent or derogatory comments or images, political statements, or commercial references. Signs and banners may not be hung anywhere in the Garden or displayed in any way that obstructs the view of others or advertising signage. No signs or banners with poles or sticks are permitted.

Binoculars
Patrons are welcome to bring a pair of binoculars to the Garden to enhance their overall experience.

Budweiser Legends Club
Set in the heart of the TD Garden, Budweiser Legends Club is a private, members-only sports club where you and your guests can enjoy the memories of Boston's best with an upscale, yet relaxed atmosphere. Budweiser Legends Club is everything you would expect from a sports bar and a whole lot more. Budweiser Legends Club opens one hour before a game and remains open one hour after the end of each game. Bus and Limousine Drop-Off
The best drop-off location is on Causeway Street, which is the street that runs in front of the TD Garden. There is no designated parking for buses or limousines.

Cancelled/Postponed Events
In the rare event that a Garden event is postponed or canceled, please visit the Garden website for up-to-date information on scheduled events.

Camera Policy
Sporting Events: Non-flash, still cameras without a detachable lens, may be used to take pictures of sporting events or events where house lights are illuminated during a performance. Cameras with detachable lens are prohibited from all TD Garden events. Any tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without building issued media credentials.

Concerts and other Events: The Event Promoter reserves the right to deny camera use at any time during or before the concert and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable. Cameras with detachable lens are prohibited at all TD Garden concerts. The use of flash photography is also prohibited.

Changeovers
Changeovers from basketball to hockey set-up and vice versa, and for other events, generally require approximately 3.5 hours. It is not unusual for the Garden to host different types of events in the same day.

Club Seats (The Premium Club)
If you are attending an event with a Club Seat ticket, please enter through The Premium Club entrances located at the east and west end of North Station. Your Club Seat ticket also allows access to The Premium Club restaurants, The Sports Museum, and The Patrón Platinum Lounge (during most events). Coat Check
The TD Garden does not provide an area to check coats or any other personal belongings. The Garden is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Commuter Rail
The MBTA operates the North Station commuter rail station, located on the ground floor beneath the Garden. North Station is home to the northbound and westbound commuter rail as well as a subway station located adjacent to the east entrance.

Courtside Club
The Celtics Courtside Club is located inside Legends Restaurant. The Courtside Club is exclusive to those ticket holders with courtside seats to Boston Celtics games.

Door Opening Times
The time the doors to the TD Garden open will vary according to the event. The typical times are noted below. Please check in advance by calling 617.624.1000.

Bruins - East and West Premium Doors open two hours prior to game time. All Doors open one hour prior to game time.
Celtics - East and West Premium Doors open two hours prior to game time. All Doors open one hour prior to game time.
Concerts/Other Events - Doors open one hour prior to the event unless otherwise specifically noted.

Drop Off and Pick-Up Points
The best place to arrange for drop-off and pick-up for Garden events is along Causeway Street, which runs in front of the Garden. There are no designated drop-off or pick-up locations.

Elevators
The TD Garden has two public elevators available to the general public, one located in the southeast corner of the arena and the other is located in the southwest corner. Each elevator provides access to all levels.

End Times
There is no definitive end time for concerts. Bruins and Celtics games are generally two to three hours in duration.

Entry/Exit
The Garden has escalators located near the East and West entrances in North Station that provide access to the ticket turnstyles and to each level of seating. Please follow the direction of TD Garden staff and/or refer to the section listed on your ticket as to which level to access. Upon exiting the arena, you may leave the Garden through the escalators you entered or stairwells leading out of the building.

Escalators
The TD Garden has thirteen (13) escalators that service each level between Level One and Level Seven.

Executive View
The Executive View overlooks the Garden parquet or ice and includes 25 tickets, dinner, and the ability to host a presentation. Click here for more information on the Executive View.

Facility Fee
The purpose of a facility fee is to defray general operating costs for the venue and its events. You will find that many venues are charging this type of fee and that it is in line with industry standards. A facility fee is charged to each ticket purchased to the TD Garden and may vary depending on the type of event.

Fan Safe Hotline
The TD Garden is committed to ensuring a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you encounter a security concern, please bring it to the attention of any Garden employee or use your cell phone to call the Fan Safe Hotline at 617.624.2FAN (2326).

First Aid
The First Aid office is located on Level 4 across from Section 15/16.

Food and Beverages
Guests may not bring food and/or beverage items into the arena at any time. Guests must dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entrance into the arena. The Guest Relations Office will not check-in or store any food or beverage items.

Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact the TD Garden at 617.624.1331.

Garden Gold Cards
The Garden Gold Card is an exclusive gift card that can be used at the TD Garden and is available in a Garden, Bruins, or Celtics theme. Garden Gold functions like a normal gift card; it can be purchased and used at the Garden and the card is reloadable. Use your Garden Gold Card to purchase tickets, team gear, or food & beverage at the TD Garden Box Office, the Boston Bruins Pro Shop, and select concession stands within the arena.

Garden HDX
Installed prior to the 2006-07 season, Garden HDX is the country's first indoor arena fully functional high-definition scoreboard. This massive state-of-the-art scoreboard features four larger than life screens along with three rings of LED technology, bringing fans closer to the action with amazing clarity.

Garden View
Overlooking the action on the Garden parquet or ice, this is the ideal hospitality space for 40-60 guests. Gift Certificates (also known as TD Garden Cash)
Gift certificates are a great gift to present to family, friends, co-workers, and employees. TD Garden Cash can be purchased at the Box Office and is redeemable at all points of purchase in the TD Garden (excluding purchases of specific event merchandise). TD Garden Cash is offered in denominations of $5 and $20.

Goal (Bruins)
The goal in front of Sections 6 and 7, at the arena's west end; the Bruins shoot at this goal twice during the 1st and 3rd periods.

This newest lounge area is located on Level 6 in the East end of the arena and offers an expansive selection of bar fare, as well as a signature oyster bar. Interpretive Services

Intoxicated Guests
TD Garden reserves the right to deny entry to intoxicated guests. Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

Lost and Found
TD Garden management assumes no responsibility for items lost at events. All lost and found items are to be taken to the Guest Relations Office (Level 4, Loge 4) during events. Guests should visit the Guest Relations Office during the event to inquire about lost items. After the conclusion of an event, Guests may contact TD Garden Lost and Found at 617.624.1331 to inquire about lost items.

Lost Children
Children should be directed to the nearest TD Garden staff member should they become lost. Lost Children will be taken to the Guest Relations Office (Level 4, Section 4). Parents looking for a lost child should go to this office as well.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
If you have lost your tickets or they have been stolen before your event takes place, please return to your point of purchase for further assistance. If you have purchased tickets through Ticketmaster phone or Ticketmaster online, please call Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800.653.8000.

Media Access
Media credentials can be requested by calling 617.624.1854 and asking for the Public Relations department. You must be an accredited member of the media on assignment to be considered.

Merchandise
The TD Garden has many points of sale where guests may purchase merchandise at an event.

The Pro Shop
The Pro Shop is located on the west side of North Station (Level 1 near the Box Office) and carries Bruins and Celtics merchandise, NHL, NBA and other local team products. For more information about the Pro Shop and for hours of operation call 617.624.1500 or click here.

Fan Zones
In addition to the Pro Shop, there are novelty stands, called Fan Zones located on Levels 2, 4, 5, and 7 in the Garden. Here you will find Bruins and Celtics clothing and other items. During other events, concession stands with official event-specific merchandise will be open in addition to the Fan Zones.

Messages on Garden HDX
Scoreboard Messages are available for both Bruins and Celtics games for a donation. For Bruins games, a donation of $150 to the Boston Bruins Foundation is required. For Celtics games, a donation of $50 to Garden Neighborhood Charities is required. For more information on scoreboard messages, please click here. The Patrón Platinum Lounge is located on Level 5 of The Premium Club and boasts a beautiful bar, plasma televisions, and an awesome view of the action! Club Seat ticket holders have full use of this area to mingle and enjoy food and beverage during all Bruins and Celtics games. The Premium Club, located on levels 5 & 6 of the TD Garden, is an exclusive membership-only club dedicated to providing members with the highest levels of service. Premium Club Bistro
The Premium Club Bistro is located on Level 5 of the arena. The more casual of the two Premium Level restaurants, the Premium Club Bistro does not accept reservations and has different food stations throughout the restaurant including, Pizza, Deli and more. The Premium Club Bistro is usually open 2 hours prior to all events through the end of the event.

Protective Netting (Hockey)
During hockey games at the TD Garden, protective netting is hung above the glass behind both goals. This precaution limits the amount of pucks that leave the ice and enter the seating area. Although the netting provides some protection from injury, the Garden reminds you to stay alert at all times.

Pucks
Pucks that go into the stands during hockey games may be kept by the patron who catches the puck. Please note that while protective netting is put in place at each end of the rink, pucks may still go into the stands. The hockey pucks are made out of 100% vulcanized rubber and are chilled. When the pucks go into the stands it can cause serious injuries, so please stay alert at all times. Please notify a Guest Relations Team Member if you get hit or hurt by a puck.

Random Number Distribution (RND)
For many shows appearing at the TD Garden, Random Number Distribution (RND) is used during the on-sale to ensure the fairest system to purchase tickets and to help eliminate the threat of "scalpers." Click here for more information on RND.

Re-Entry
There is no re-entry to the Arena. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies (i.e. retrieve medicine from vehicle), must first make contact with a Guest Relations Supervisor to make necessary arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges
The TD Garden has a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all events.

Restaurants

Sports Museum, The
The Sports Museum is located on Levels 5 and 6 of the Garden and houses a unique collection of New England sports memorabilia.

Standing
The TD Garden asks all guests to remain seated during events. Depending on the demographics of the event (such as concerts), standing may be accepted as normal protocol. Guests are permitted to stand if the majority of the audience is doing the same. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in eviction from the event.

Strollers
If necessary, guests may bring strollers to events at the arena. Please understand, however, that these strollers must be collapsible and fit under your seat. You may not leave strollers in the walkways, gates, or concourses and our staff will not guard these items for you. The TD Garden is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged strollers. Strollers may be checked at the Guest Relations Office on Level 4, near Loge 4.

Suite Rentals

Ticketing Procedures
Consumer Warning - The TD Garden uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should ensure that the seller is a TD Garden licensed ticket seller, such as the TD Garden Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster by phone, and Ticketmaster.com. Otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission!

Ticketmaster Charges
Ticketmaster surcharges cover the costs of performing the administrative functions necessary to process ticket orders, as well as for shipping. There are three ways to purchase tickets through Tickemaster. If you choose to use Ticketmaster's phone or Internet service, you will be assessed a facility fee, a convenience and shipping charge. If you choose to utilize a Ticketmaster outlet to purchase tickets, you will be assessed a facility fee and a convenience charge. You may avoid Ticketmaster charges only by purchasing tickets in person at the Garden Box Office.

Water
Guests may request a complimentary cup of water at any concession stand located within the TD Garden. Additionally, Guests may visit the Guest Relations Office on Level 4 outside of Section 4 or the First Aid Office on Level 4 outside of Section 16.

Weapons
Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. TD Garden does not provide weapon lockers.

Whistle Policy
As a courtesy to your fellow ticketholders, we ask that, during sporting events, you refrain from walking around in the seating area until there is a stoppage in play (during sporting events). The Guest Relations Team Member in your section will ask that you stand to the side of the entry way into the arena and let you know when you are able to go back to your seat. We thank you for complying with this policy.
